Alternative Investments for Accredited Investors*
Ewing has been able to offer to its
clients alternative investments outside the normal realm of publicly traded stocks, bonds and mutual funds as
typically offered by brokerage houses. These offerings have included direct investment in oil and natural
gas assets, participation with quality developers in real estate ventures that have include hotels, warehouses
and land development, and the opportunity to invest in promising developmental and expansion stage companies.

upon request and these offerings are limited to accredited investors
as defined by U. S. securities laws.
* The U.S. securities laws define "accredited investor" as, among other things
(i) an individual who with his or her spouse has a combined net worth in excess
of $1 million or (ii) an individual with an annual income in excess of $200,000
in the last two calendar years, and who reasonably expects to have individual
annual income in excess of $200,000 in the current calendar year or (iii) an
individual with joint annual income with his or her spouse in excess of $300,000 for each of those years.
