Placement of USDA Loans
Ewing partners with one of the leading USDA rural lenders in the United States in terms of total loan volume over the past several years. Through this partnership, Ewing can assist community banks in providing USDA financing for their clients that operate outside metropolitan areas.
Other Loans
Ewing can help community banks in assisting their current bank clients obtain SBA 7(a) loans. These loans may be triaged through Ewing’s community bank clients and then referred to one of our partners. Ewing can provide advisory services with SBA 504 loans by assisting the local CDC in the preparation of the loan authorization package and presentation to the appropriate SBA loan committee.
